Detailed Description

An empty placeholder. NetSolidityMeshSpec.cpp is in no source list, and NetSolidityMesh (which includes this header) is an unmaintained stub in the Windows-only Test/ group. It is left unbuilt on purpose (MARE-0019): nothing uses it, and adding a translation unit to a build that nothing in CI covers could only break it.
